Sometimes auctions can be daunting so don't be afraid to look over any of the vehicles, start them up or ask any questions. This is very important that your satisfied with the condition of the vehicle before you purchase it as we run a sold as seen policy and when the sale is completed we accept no responsiblity and do not do refunds. This is standard practice and you must organise your own insurance to legally drive your car away when you've bought it. When bidding make sure that the auctioneer can visably see that your interested by a raise of your hand this will prevent you buying something you dont want!

Rules
- Cars are left at owners risk Kernow Motor Auctions does not accept responsibility.
- All Cars must be collected by Tuesday 5pm, if not then a fee of £25 per day will be charged.
- Delivery can be arranged for a nominal fee.
- All cars will be checked with H.P.I to see if they've been involved in a accident, stolen or owed any finance on.
- The auction site is open prior to the auction for you to look around any vehicles you are interested in to check over and start up.
- Each vehicle has an entry form displayed in the windscreen showing key details of the vehicle including make information , tax, mot and service history.
- All vehicles are "sold as seen" if declared sold or a provisional bid the bidder must pay the full hammer price. With a provisional bid it means it hasn't met the reserve price but we will contact the seller to see if they will accept the bid.
Charges for the seller
- £10 auction entry fee and if not sold then another free entry on the next auction.
- £30 for sales up to and including £300
- or 7% of sale price if greater than £300
Buyer Indemnity Charges
- 7% of the sale value
- £5 admin fee.
- The min deposit is £100 on each vehicle we accept credit cards and cash not cheques.
